The following fees are based on using the Invesmart  I.R.S. approved Regional Prototype Plan.  Includes Documentation, SPD, IRS and Administrative forms.

Money Purchase or Profit Sharing       $800   - $1200
401(k) Profit Sharing                       $1000 - $1400
Cross Tested                                  $1200 - $1500

ANNUAL PLAN ADMINISTRATION
The following fees are estimates only.  An individual fee range will be provided based on the specifics of the plan.

MONEY PURCHASE OR PROFIT SHARING PLANS

Average fee ranges:
* 10 participant plan                        $ 925 - $1150
* 25 participant plan                        $1150 - $1600
* 50 participant plan                        $1600 - $2400

401(k) PLANS
Average fee ranges:
* 10 participant plan with directed investment accounts          $1200 - $1700

* 25 participant plan with directed investment accounts          $1700 - $2800

* 50 participant plan with directed investment accounts          $2800 - $3500
