Making changes to your plan design won't cost you a penny extra! Your monthly subscription covers the cost of amending or restating the plan document, preparing a new summary plan description, and delivering annual TPA notices.

As part of our commitment to keeping you compliant with the IRS, you will receive our Core Compliance Services, including eligibility reviews, nondiscrimination tests, limit tests, financial and contribution activity reconciliation, and Form 5500 preparation. These limits are updated annually by the IRS. Employees age 50 and older can contribute an additional $7,500 per year.³

You can offer a 401(k) match, nonelective contribution or one of 3 profit sharing methods—same dollar, pro rata and new comparability profit sharing. For Starter plans, new comparability may incur a one time additional fee.

Safe harbor plan design requires the employer to contribute to employee retirement accounts, and those contributions must vest immediately. The safe harbor contribution can be designed as a match or fixed contribution.³

Enable participants to take hardship withdrawals for certain circumstances, like to pay for medical expenses or purchase a primary residence.

Starter 401(k) plans have IRS-imposed requirements and restrictions. Core and Enterprise plans provide more design options, including QACA Safe Harbor, Traditional Safe Harbor, and Non-Safe Harbor plans.
